A Grade II listed house, on the South Bank of the River Thames, next to the Tate Modern gallery and The Globe Theatre, and the residence of the Dean of Southwark. Extensive works were undertaken for the renovation of the building, internally restoring and preserving existing features and bringing the building back into use. Works also included the addition of new and renovation of existing bathrooms, external renovation of the façade, roof and signage, and the refurbishment of the kitchen and conservatory. Particular focus was given to ensuring the techniques and materials used were in keeping with the unique provenance and character of this iconic heritage property in the heart of Central London.
