Works involved installing a new sleek kitchen, new parquet wood flooring, a state-of-the-art water-cooled air-conditioning system, an avant-garde integrated entertainment system, automatic curtains in the master bedroom, bespoke lighting systems across the property, as well as refurbishment of the master bathroom, guest bathrooms and the installation of photometric window film.
