The renovation and conversion involved creating a warm liveable space in what had at one point been the unused basement of the property, and extending into the rear courtyard to create the bedroom and bathroom.  With the intelligent design the client devised we were able create a unique property that our team is proud to continue maintain to this day. Operated as a rental property by our client, they have continued rely on Obelisk for their ongoing maintenance and renovation needs for their property portfolio.
