Sandwiched between the Deanery, the Globe Theatre on London’s Southbank, sits this Grade I listed heritage property. Obelisk is proud to have been awarded the contract for the external refurbishments, and are truly proud of the high-quality finish we achieved for our client. The project involved the renovation of English Heritage protected front façade, including fresh traditional lead flashing, the restoration of historic signage and sculpture, and further, refreshing the rear façade. Our team worked assiduously to deliver the premium finish, sensitive to the heritage of this unique property demanded by the exacting standards of the Grade I listing, whilst also ensuring the project was delivered on time and on budget, all with the minimum of disruption.
